Illustrative flow

Client experience

Your client only sees a normal payment request.

A professional payment page with the service, amount, reference and payment instructions. Everything your client sees is in fiat.

  • Your client doesn’t buy crypto

They pay the amount in EUR or USD using the supported payment method on the request.

  • Your client doesn’t need a crypto account

No wallet, no exchange account and nothing new to set up on their side.

  • A clear payment reference

Every request has its own reference, so the incoming payment can be matched to you.

  • A status they can check

The payment page shows whether the payment is awaited, detected or received.

Beneficiary and account details depend on the collection structure confirmed with [Payment Infrastructure Partner].

Conversion rate, service fee, network fee and the amount you receive are placeholders. Destination: Main USDT Wallet, address masked. Wallets

Use your own compatible crypto wallet.

Add the destination wallet you want to be paid to. You choose it, you label it, and you confirm it before each payout.

  • No specific wallet app required

The service works with compatible wallet addresses rather than one particular wallet provider.

  • You provide the address

Payouts go to the destination wallet you enter. We don’t hold or create a wallet for you.

  • Asset and network must be supported

Available assets and networks are shown in the product. Only use the ones displayed there.

  • Checked before every payout

The full address, asset and network are shown for you to confirm before anything is sent.

Digital asset transfers may be irreversible. Sending funds using the wrong wallet address or network may result in permanent loss.

Example "Add payout wallet" form with fictional data: Asset [Supported Asset], Network [Supported Network], a wallet address field, an optional label "Main USDT Wallet", the confirmation "Please confirm that this wallet supports the selected asset and blockchain network." and the irreversibility notice. Below it, the saved wallet Main USDT Wallet with its address masked.
